About the event
Join us for a unique experience that combines the beauty of Medusa’s myth with the art of pottery!
Our class will transport you on a creative journey through art and history, while you detach from the everyday life struggles and invest more in yourself. In this hands-on workshop, you will:
- disconnect from the present and join a hands-on activity
- discover the history behind the Medusa myth
- learn pottery-making techniques dating back to ancient times
- create your unique pottery piece inspired by art and history
- pursue new passions and do more of what you love
During the class, you'll create your project with our assistance. On the same day, the pieces will be coloured, and within two weeks, they will undergo firing and be ready for pickup.
No experience is needed: whether you're a seasoned artist or a first-time creator, this event welcomes all skill levels. Our expert guides will provide step-by-step assistance, ensuring your journey into the past is both enjoyable and rewarding.
The price includes all materials (clay, tools, and glazes) plus firing.
Özlem has been a pottery artisan and architect for about 20 years and she will introduce you to the world of clay.
